If FadeHost isn't right for you, your first purchase is covered by a full money-back guarantee for 7 days from the payment date. No forms, no hoops - tell us and we refund it.

How to request one

Open a ticket from your panel, email support@fadehost.com, or message us on Discord. A human handles every request - most are processed within one business day, and the money returns via your original payment method (bank processing usually takes 3-10 days).

What's covered

• Your first subscription payment for game servers, VPS, databases or bot hosting.
• Renewals charged in error - billing mistakes are always on us, at any time.

What's not

• Renewal payments after the first 7 days (cancel any time to stop future charges - your service runs to the end of the paid period).
• Accounts terminated for abuse or terms-of-service violations.
• Server boosts (contributions from friends toward a server) - except when charged in error.
