How to make a Satisfactory server

Create your server

Then hit Create Server in the panel, choose Satisfactory and your region, and the server installs itself. Your server's address and port appear on the server page as soon as it's up.

Claim the server in-game
Open Satisfactory → Server Manager → Add Server, enter the address and port from your server page, then claim it: set the admin password and create or upload a session. This first-run claim is how Satisfactory servers work.

Play and invite
Once a session is active, everyone with the server address (and password, if set) joins through the same Server Manager tab. Saves run automatically server-side and are covered by backups.
